The facade of this two-story house in Campo Grande, Mato Grosso do Sul, features a modern design that harmoniously blends with traditional materials. Elements such as wood slats and natural stone veneers bring a contemporary and welcoming touch, resulting in a unique and inviting aesthetic.
We opted for a combination of concrete and wood, and sloped the roof eaves to give the facade a light feel. Large window and door openings follow the height of the ceiling, expanding the spaces and maximizing the natural light.
Outdoors, there's a leisure area with a swimming pool, integrated with the kitchen and gourmet area, providing a spacious space that combines elegance and comfort in every detail.
